摘要
本科生导师制是我国高等教育改革的重要组成部分,对于学分制的完善、培养个性化教育和推行素质教育都具有重要的意义,我国高校的本科生导师制应该从专业指导、就业指导、生活指导和思想指导四个方面实施。
Undergraduate tutorial system is one of important part of higher education revolution in China.It is meaningful both for perfection of the credit system and push of individual education and quality-oriented education.Undergraduate tutorial system in college and university should be implemented from professional guidance,employment guidance,living guidance and thought guidance.
