摘要 本科生导师制是高校学生教育管理的一项制度创新,是对现行人才培养模式的一种尝试性改革。它吸取了中国传统书院师承教育的成功经验与现代民主主义教育的精华,体现了因材施教、教学相长和民主平等原则,在充分发挥教师的指导作用、激发学生个性潜能、密切师生知情意行互动关系等方面,有着重要而独特的意义。探讨本科生导师制的渊源、内涵和实施意义,力求从理论层面上对本科生导师制予以阐释和廓清。 the undergraduate tutorial system is an innovation in the college education administration system,and a trial reform of current education model.The creation of this system is based on the successful experience of traditional master-to-disciple knowledge transmission in Chinese academies and the essence of modern democratic education,embodying the principles of "teaching according to the students' ability","teaching benefits both teacher and pupil alike",and "equal democracy for the teachers and the students".This system maximizes the effect of the teachers' guidance,inspires the students' individuality and potential,and builds an interactive relation between the teachers and students.The writer analyzes the origin,connotation and significance of undergraduate tutorial system,in order to elaborate and clarify this system on theoretical level.
