摘要 通过回顾组织惯例研究的相关文献,探讨了惯例的内涵以及重复互动、群体性和背景依赖与路径依赖性等特征,认为惯例能够提高组织效能和促进组织学习,强调未来的研究应该侧重于战略转换与组织惯例之间的关系。 This paper discusses the meaning and characteristics of organizational routine such as recurrent interaction,collective and context and path dependence by reviewing the literature.It thinks that routine could improve the effect of organization and favor organization learning,and suggests that the research should focus on the relation of strategy transfer and organizational routine.
