摘要 目的:探讨吐温80作为Am es试验中样品溶剂的可行性。方法:分别以二甲基亚砜和含25%吐温80的水溶液为溶剂,进行蜂胶类、鱼油类、辅酶Q10类产品的溶解度试验和Am es试验。结果:蜂胶类、鱼油类、辅酶Q10类产品在二甲基亚砜中的溶解度分别为在含25%吐温80的水溶液中溶解度的23.30%、37.26%和26.73%。两种溶剂对TA97、TA98、TA100和TA102菌株均无毒性;同一样品5个剂量组在不同溶剂条件下的实验结果均无显著性差别;三种样品的Am es试验结果均为阴性。结论:吐温80是一种较为理想的Am es试验样品溶剂。 Objective:To investigate the feasibility of Tween 80 used as a sample solvent in Ames test.Methods: Dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) and 25% Tween 80 aqueous solution were used to solve propolis,fish oil and coenzyme Q10 to make solubility tests and Ames tests.Results: The solubilities of propolis,fish oil and coenzyme Q10 in DMSO were only 23.30%,37.26% and 26.73% of those in 25% Tween 80 aqueous solution.Both solvents were nontoxic for TA97,TA98,TA100 and TA102 Salmonella bacteria strains.In all 5 dosage groups,the Ames test results for every sample solved in 25% Tween 80 aqueous solution were the same as those solved in DMSO.The Ames test results of 3 samples were all negative.Conclusion: Tween 80 is an ideal sample solvent in Ames test.
