摘要
20世纪80～90年代后,西方社会政策面对福利国家出现的危机做出积极调整和回应,近十几年来,西方社会政策在理论研究和政策实践上取得了重大发展,表现了诸多新的焦点和趋势:政策研究从收入为本向关系为本转型,并进而推进到资产为本,在检视福利国家中发展出新自由主义和多元福利主义,开展了社会政策的模式研究并进行国际比较,社会政策突破了民族国家的界限,还出现了反主流的后现代社会政策主张等。
Since the 1980s and 1990s,the western society has made positive readjustment in their social policy in response to the crisis in welfare states.The past dozens of years has witnessed great development in the theoretic research and policy practice of western social policies and there have been new focuses and new trends： Their policy research has shifted from income-based to relation-based and then to capital-based research;neoliberailism and welfare pluralism have emerged in welfare states;pattern research has been carried out and international comparison has been done concerning their social policies;social policies have sometimes transcended the boundary of nation;and there has been proposals for post-modern social policies.
