摘要
目的近年来医疗纠纷频发呈上升趋势;因病案管理人员权限意识松懈,隐匿病案,泄露病案内容引发的医疗纠纷案例时而发生,带来负面影响。分析病案管理中存在的不足,倡导加强病案人员法律和法规意识,完善管理体系,用法律来维护医院,保护自己,让医患关系处于和谐状态。
Objective Because of medical records management staffs authority consciousness loosening,medical records suppression and their content leaking, medical tangle happen frequently becoming a rising trend,which brings negative influence.The paper analyze the existing defect in medical records management, advocating strengthening medical records staffs law and regulations consciousness,perfecting management system,maintaining hospital by law and protecting oneself,which keeps medical-patient relationship harmony.
