摘要
目的转变观念,将医院传统人事管理逐渐转向现代人力资源管理,以适应发展需要。方法对传统人事管理和现代人力资源管理模式进行对比,分析现代人力资源管理优势和传统人事管理的弊端;结合医院人力资源管理中存在问题,从转变观念等方面,有针对性地提出相应对策。结果通过分析医院人事管理存在问题,提出解决方法。结论医院要在激烈的医疗市场竞争中站稳脚跟,就必须加快现代人力资源管理的步伐,以在竞争中立于不败之地。
Objective To change the idea of the human resource management, from the traditional one to the modem one gradually to adopt the development of hospital. Methods Comparing the traditional personnel management with the modern one, and analyzing their advantages and disadvantages, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures, for example, we should change our concepts to solve the problems. Result We have proposed the solution by analyzing the existed problems in personnel management in the hospital. Conclusions If we want to set a firm foothold in the market competition, we must speed up the modern pace of human resource management in order to remain invincible in the competition.
