摘要 基于压电电缆传感器的工作特性,提出了轮胎印迹压电式汽车轴距差检测方法。设计了具有双梯型底槽结构的检测装置,针对该检测装置进行了轮胎印迹压电电压信号波形分析。基于相对测量理论建立了汽车直线行驶、斜直线行驶及曲线行驶情况下的轴距差检测数学模型,并进行了检测误差补偿方法分析。对轮胎印迹压电式轴距差检测方法进行了试验研究,结果表明,该装置可对车轮在检测台板上的横向位置进行精确测量,实现曲线行驶情况下的检测误差补偿。检测结果证明了本文建立的理论模型的正确性。该轴距差检测装置具有很高的检测精度,且可靠性高、成本低,具有很好的推广应用价值。 A method of piezoelectric detection by tire print of the vehicle wheelbase difference was proposed based on the working behavior of the piezoelectric cable sensor. A detection device with dual trapezoidal bottom slot was designed and its tire print piezoelectric voltage signal waveform was analyzed. Mathematical models of the wheelbase difference detection under the conditions of the vehicle driving in straight line, in oblique line and in curved line were built based on the relative measurement theory, and the detection error compensation method was analyzed. The proposed method was investigated by test , the result showed that the on-board traverse position of the wheel can be measured precisely by the developed device, the compensation of the detection error caused by curved driving can be realized. The detection results proved the correctness of the built theoretical model. The wheelbase difference detection device is characterized by high accuracy, high reliability and low cost, with good prospects for practical application.
