摘要
目的了解绍兴市各类型口腔诊疗机构消毒质量及其管理现状,以便加强口腔诊疗机构感染防控措施。方法通过现场调查和采样检测方法 ,对绍兴市34所各级各类口腔诊疗机构的消毒与灭菌质量以及管理工作进行了检测和抽样检查。结果共采集各类样品319份,平均总合格率为85.0%。口腔科无菌器械灭菌合格率为95.7%,使用中的消毒剂合格率为92.6%。口腔诊室空气质量合格率为82.3%,物体表面卫生合格率为80.4%,医务人员手消毒合格率为69.0%。结论绍兴市口腔诊疗机构卫生消毒质量总体较好,但无菌器械和医务人员手等关键项目合格率偏低,必须引起重视并加以改进提高。
Objective To know the disinfection quality of dental clinical institution in Shaoxing,in order to strengthen the measures for disinfection supervision.Methods On-the-spot investigation and sampling were used to monitor the disinfection and sterilization quality and the management.Results 319 samples were detected.And the average eligible rate was 85.0%.The eligible rate of medical instruments was 95.7%.92.6% of using disinfectant was eligible,82.3% of indoor air samples of dental clinic were eligible,80.4% of object surface samples were eligible,69.0% samples taken from the hands of staff were eligible.Conclusions The disinfection and sanitation conditions of dental clinical institution in Shaoxing City are well.But the eligible rate of sterile medical instruments and hand＇s disinfection of medical staff were low,need to be improved.
