摘要
目的回顾四川省天全县2009-2013年医院消毒效果监测情况,以提高医疗机构的消毒质量,降低医源性感染并找出监测中存在的问题。方法用现场抽样检测方法进行采样和检测。结果 5年共检样品1 769件,合格1712件,消毒效果监测平均合格率96.78%,其中压力蒸汽灭菌效果监测合格率为100%,空气合格率为94.06%,物体表面消毒效果合格率为95.10%,医务人员手消毒合格率为89.26%,使用中的消毒液合格率为99.24%,医院污水合格率为79.49%。结论天全县各级医疗机构消毒质量整体水平较好,但医务人员手、医院污水合格率不是很高,消毒与灭菌质量存在部分不足,应加强执法检查。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the surveillance status of disinfection effects in medical institutions in Tianquan county during 2009 - 2013 and to improve the disinfection quality, reduce the nosocomial infection and identify the existing problems in surveillance. Methods Filed sample testing method was employed for collecting samples and testing. Results A total of 1769 samples were tested during the 5 years＇period, with 1712 samples qualified （96. 78% ）. Specifically, the qualified rate of pressure steam sterilization was 100% , air sterilization was 94.06% , surface disinfection was 95.10%, hands of the medical staff was 89.26%. The qualified rate of disinfectant was 99. 24% and the hospital wastewater was 79. 49%. Conclusion The overall level of the disinfection quality in Tianquan county is relatively good, yet the disinfection quality of medical staffs hands and hospital wastewater needs to be improved. Thus, examination of law enforcement should be strengthened.
