摘要
目的:研究和探讨食品安全国家标准(GB4789-2010)中食品大肠菌群计数方法,对所用的培养基提出改进意见。方法:按GB4789.3-2010中大肠菌群MPN计数法进行检测。实验分两组:一组为常规月桂基硫酸盐胰蛋白胨肉汤(LST),另一组在月桂基硫酸盐胰蛋白胨肉汤(LST)中加入溴甲酚紫指示剂,其余实验条件均一样。比较两组实验结果。结果:两种培养基的食品大肠菌群计数结果无显著性差异。结论:在月桂基硫酸盐胰蛋白胨肉汤(LST)中加入适量的溴甲酚紫指示剂,对实验结果无影响,但结果观察更直观,清楚。显示本实验的可行性。
Objective:Study and explore the national food safety standards(GB4789-2010) in the food coliform count method,On the medium used to suggest improvements.Methods: GB4789.3-2010 MPN coliform count were detected.Experiment divided into two groups: a group of conventional lauryl sulfate tryptone broth(LST),another group lauryl sulfate tryptone broth(LST) by adding bromocresol purple indicator,and the remaining experimental conditions are the same.The results were compared.Results: Coliform count of the food medium was no significant difference.Conclusion: Lauryl sulfate tryptone broth(LST) by adding an appropriate amount of bromocresol purple indicator,which had no effect on the experimental results,but the results observed more intuitive and clear.It shows the feasibility of this experiment.
