摘要 目的:建立食品包装材料聚碳酸酯(PC)成型品双酚A含量检测方法,探讨双酚A在不同模拟浸出液中的迁移特性。方法:采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法(HPLC-FD),Alltima C18柱(150×4.6mm,5μm)分离,流动相为乙腈和水(58∶42,V/V),流速1.0mL/min,柱温40℃,荧光激发波长275nm,发射波长310nm。PC成型品按2mL/cm2分别用水、20%和65%乙醇(V/V)在90℃浸泡6h。结果:双酚A在0.02~4μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999),检测限为10ng/mL,方法回收率为91%~108%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6%(n=5)。两种典型的PC成型品中双酚A含量分别为17.14mg/kg和46.69mg/kg,在水、20%和65%乙醇中的迁移量分别为0.782~1.11、0.734~0.684、1.84~2.49mg/kg。结论:该方法快速简便,准确度高,适用于PC成型品中双酚A的检测。实验条件下PC中有微量双酚A溶出,且溶出量与PC材质有关。 Objective: To establish a method for determination of bisphenol A( BPA) residue in polycarbonate( PC) packaging container and its migrant rate in different concentrations of food simulants. Methods: The High Performance Liquid Chromatography fluorescence Detection ( HPLC FD) was employed. The samples were separated by the Alltima C18 column( 150 ×4.6mm,5μm) in mobile phase of acetonitrile-water( 58 /42,V/V) at the rate of 1.0mL/min.The excitation and emission wavelength were 275nm and 310nm respectively.The PC Container was soaked in water,20%( V/V) and 65% alcohol( V/V) according to 2mL/cm2 respectively.Results: The limits of detection( LODs) was 10ng /mL and the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was better( r =0.999) in the range of 0.02μg /mL to 4μg /mL.The average recovery was between 91% and 108%.The relative standard derivation ( RSD) was within 6%( n =5) .The content of the two kinds of PC containers were from 17.14mg/kg to 46.69mg/kg, and the migrant in the three food simulants were 0.782~1.11,0.734~0.684 and 1.84~2.49mg /kg. Conclusions: The method is simple,rapid and accurate which is fit to determine the BPA and its migration from PC used for food packaging. There is small amount of BPA leach from PC under the detection conditions,and the migration was related to the structure of PC.
