摘要
文章探讨用壳聚糖对羊毛进行预处理,再添加稀土助剂应用于活性兰纳素染料染色的新工艺。讨论了壳聚糖和稀土用量、预处理温度、染色温度、染色时间等工艺条件对染色效果的影响。结果表明,羊毛经壳聚糖处理并采用稀土作为低温助剂在兰纳素染料中染色最佳工艺为:壳聚糖用量2 g/L,pH值4,预处理温度35℃,预处理时间30 min;染料用量2%(owf),氯化稀土用量0.1%(owf),染浴pH值4.5,染色温度80℃,染色时间50 min。该工艺实现了染色低温节能的目的,同时减小羊毛单纤维强力损伤,提高羊毛匀染性。
This paper discusses the pretreatment with chitosan on wool,and then adds the additives of rare earth elements used in wool dyeing with Lanasol dyes.First through the two single factor and an orthogonal experiments results,experimental results show that wool treated with chitosan and added to rare earth elements can obtain higher dyeing percent ration and deeper colors.We could achieve one of the best experimental results:in the pretreatment part chitosan 2 g/L,pH value 4,the pretreatment temperature 35 ℃,time 30 min;Lanasol dye 2%(owf),rare earth 0.1%(owf),pH value 4.5,80 ℃,50 min.The way makes low-temperature dyeing and energy conservation come true,improves the strength of wool and the balance of dyeing.
