双酚A职业暴露对男性性激素水平影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨双酚A(BPA)职业暴露对男性性激素水平的影响。方法于2005年8月,选取在工作中有接触BPA机会的131名男工作为暴露组,同时,选取不接触BPA的146名男工作为对照组。采集研究对象空腹静脉血,采用放射免疫分析法检测促滤泡成熟激素(FSH)、泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、抑制素B(INB)5种性激素水平,采用ELISA法检测雄烯二酮(AD)、游离睾酮(FT)和性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)3种性激素水平。结果与对照组比较,暴露组FSH和SHBG水平较高,AD和FT水平较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,暴露组≤30岁人群E2水平和>30岁人群FSH、SHBG水平较高,>30岁人群AD和FT水平较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与对照组比较,暴露组吸烟者FSH水平较高,AD、FT水平较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。暴露组和对照组不吸烟者FSH、PRL、E2、T、INB、AD、FT、SHBG水平间比较,差异均无统计学意义。与对照组比较,仅暴露组饮酒者AD水平较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。暴露组和对照组不饮酒者FSH、PRL、E2、T、INB、AD、FT、SHBG水平间比较,差异均无统计学意义。不同工作年限男工FSH、PRL、E2、T、INB、AD、FT、SHBG水平间比较,差异均无统计学意义。与其他工种组比较,化学操作工FT水平较高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.398,P=0.020);FSH、PRL、E2、T、INB、AD、SHBG水平在不同工种间差异均无统计学意义。采用多重线性回归逐步法分析显示,BPA暴露是影响AD、SHBG水平的危险因素(P<0.05),BPA暴露使AD水平降低,SHBG水平升高;BPA暴露和年龄是FSH、FT水平的影响因素,且随着年龄的增长,FSH水平呈升高趋势,FT水平呈降低趋势;对于T、PRL、E2、INB,影响因素均未进入回归方程(P>0.05)。结论职业接触BPA后,男性FSH和SHBG激素水平升高,AD和FT水平降低。 Objective To explore the effect of bisphenol A (BPA) on sex hormones level of men exposed to BPA Methods One hundred and thirty-one male workers exposed to BPA were chosen as the exposure group and 146 male worken without BPA exposure were chosen as the control group in August 2005. The blood samples of the investigated people were collected and the levels of FSH, PRL, T, E2, INB were determined by radio immunoassay and the levels of AD, SHBG, FT were determines by ELISA. Results The differences of FSH,AD,FT,SHBG levels between the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05). In the age group of over 30 years, compared with the control, the FSH, SHBG levels in the exposure grout were higher (P=0.035;P=0.018) and the AD,FT levels in the exposure group were lower (P=0.005;P=0.033). Among the smokers, compared with the control,the FSH level was higher(P=0.039 ),the AD(P=0.023) and FT(P=0.024) levels were lowel in exposure group, and among the alcohol users,the AD level in exposure group was lower (P=0.047). The FT level of the chemical operating workers was remarkably higher compared with the other type of work (P=0.020). By the analysis of multiple regression, BPA exposure was the risk factor to influence male serum AD, SHBG, FSH, FT, and to the levels of FSH and FT, the age was also involved. Conclusion Occupational BPA exposure may result in remarkable change of sex hormones level in male workers.
