乳胶粒组成对GAD室温自交联乳液涂膜性能的影响

摘要 研究了乳胶粒组成对含有环氧基、氨基和羧基的多层核壳型室温自交联乳液的涂膜性能。结果表明,为了获得最佳的涂膜性能,核壳型自交联乳液的中间层厚度要适当。中间层官能单体为甲基丙烯酸( M A A)时,其涂膜性能比采用丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯好,增加 M A A 用量有利于涂膜交联密度的提高和涂膜性能的改善。中间层主单体改变对涂膜性能没有明显的影响。聚合过程中添加分子量调节剂,对涂膜交联密度的提高和涂膜性能的改善不利。 Study w as carried outofthe influence oflatex granule com position on properties ofm ultiple core shell G A Dem ulsion film containing glycidyl, am ino and carboxylic groups self crosslinkable atam bienttem perature. The film properties ofthe latex containing M A A w ere better than those contain ing A A or H E M A. An increase in content of M A A w as favourable to im provem enton crosslinking density and prop erties of the film . A change in the ratio of M M A/ B A had no obvious effect on film properties. Addition ofm olecularw eight m odifier in the process of polym erization w as harm fulto im provem ent on crosslinking density of the film andim provem ent on film properties.
