含缩水甘油基/氨基丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液的聚合稳定性 被引量:1

STABILITY OF THE EMULSION COPOLYMERIZATION PROCESS OF THE LATEX CONTAINING GLYCIDYL AND AMINO GROUPS

摘要 研究了乳胶粒组成对含有缩水甘油基、羧基和胺基的丙烯酸酯多层核壳型乳液聚合稳定性的影响规律 ,探讨了聚合过程的凝聚机理。研究表明 :官能团间的交联凝聚作用和水溶性聚合物的架桥凝聚作用是本体系凝聚物形成的主要原因。随着中间层分率和 MMA比例的增加 ,分子量调节剂或水溶性单体的引入 ,体系的聚合稳定性提高。HEMA、AA和 MAA对聚合稳定性的提高程度依次增大 ,但当 MAA用量增加到一定值后 ,其量增加对聚合稳定性不再有明显影响。当壳层 DMAEMA用量增大时 ,聚合稳定性降低 ;但同时按比例增加各层官能团单体的用量 ,对聚合稳定性的影响不明显。 The coagulation mechanism of the polymerization process and the effects of the particle composition on the stability of the emulsion copolymerization process of the latex containing glycidyl, carboxyl and amino groups were investigated. The results showed that the crosslinking coagulation and the bridging coagulation are the main causes which effect on the stability of the polymerization process. When the fraction and the ratio of MMA of the mediate layer of the particle are increased, the stability of the polymerization process was improved. Introduction of the molecular weight regulator or the water soluble monomer was also beneficial to the stability of the polymerization process. The stability of the polymerization process of the latex containing different water soluble monomer was increased as the sequence of HEMA, AA and MAA. The stability of the polymerization process of the latex was not improved at an larger MAA amount when it is large enough. An increase in the DMAEMA amount lowered the stability of the polymerization process of the latex, but an increase in all the functional monomer at same ratio had no effect on the stability of the polymerization process of the latex.
