介绍了纳米微胶囊制备的主要方法界面聚合、原位聚合、凝聚法和聚电解质交替吸附法,概述了纳米微胶囊在饮料加工、食品添加剂、功能性食品等农产品加工领域中的应用,并展望了其应用前景。
The preparation methods of nano microcapsules are introduced, such as interfacial polymerization, in situ polymerization, coacervation approach, alternating adsorption of poly-electrolytes. The application of nano microcapsules in agriculture products processing such as beverage processing, food additives, functional food are reviewed. And the prospect is carried out for the application of nano microcapsules technology.
