The allowed figure exceeding of waste water discharged from plant becomes serious daily after the urea plant expansion and with the analysis of causes corresponding measures taken to effectively control the various targets of waste water so that the discharged waste water qualified rate improved and a clean and environment-friendly plant operation realized.
