摘要
我国发展低碳经济应从两个维度出发,一是节能降耗,降低传统产业的排放,同时发展低排放的新兴产业,二是提升和再造生态资本,通过生态修复的措施,改善生态环境,恢复和提升生态环境提供生态服务功能的能力。近年来我国一些地区在生态修复方面做出了积极的探索,应该充分认识生态修复实践的理论和实践价值,为发展低碳经济服务。
The development of low carbon economy in China should start from two dimensions.The one is to lower emissions in traditional industries and develop new industries with low emissions;the other is to pay more attention in enhancing ecological capital,improving the ecological environment,and restoring environmental capacity of providing eco-services through ecological rehabilitation measures.In recent years,some areas in China have made much active exploration in ecological rehabilitation.We should fully understand the value of practices in ecological rehabilitation.
