摘要
目的建立一种能用于影像学诊断与动脉内超选择接触性溶栓治疗的脑梗死动物模型,并评价其技术上的可行性和稳定性。方法将兔自体动脉血栓在数字减影血管造影(DSA)指导下经微导管注入颈内动脉,建立兔大脑中动脉栓塞模型。采用DSA观察脑血管闭塞情况,MRI观察脑梗死情况,改良Bederson评分法观察神经功能缺损。24 h后处死动物,进行病理形态学检查。结果成功建立兔大脑中动脉闭塞模型。病理及MRI检查均发现脑组织出现梗死病灶。结论介入技术制作兔大脑中动脉闭塞模型具有创伤小、易存活的优点,可用于脑梗死的早期诊断及临床溶栓研究。
Objective To establish a artery occlusion animal model for the study of imaging diagnosis and superselective intra-arterial contacting thrombolytic treatment,and to evaluate the technique feasibility and stability.Methods Focal cerebral infarction was produced by embolizing the artertial cerebri media with arterial emboli by means of digital subtraction angiography.DSA and MRI were uesd to observe the cerebral vascular obstruction and infarction,the modified Bederson scoring was used to observe the neurologic impairment.Animals were sacrificed and the cerebrum was taken out for pathology after 24 h.Results All the artery occlusion animal model were successful established,the animals survived after embolization.The cerebral infarctions were found in the cerebrum of animals.Conclusion The model of acute cerebral infarction in rabbits with interventional embolism is simple,microinvasive and reliable.It can be used for early diagnosis of cerebral infarction and clinical thrombolysis study.
