摘要
战略管理学者致力于探索企业在战略行动和绩效上存在差异的原因,因此竞争战略对组织绩效的影响一直是被关注的重要问题。通过回顾相关文献,提炼出了分别基于调节变量和中介变量的研究新视角,在此基础上提出了竞争战略对组织绩效影响的整合模型,并对整合模型的构成要素进行了系统分析。
Strategy management scholars study why there are differences between enterprises on the strategic conduct and performance.The effect of competitive strategy on firm performance is important topic.After reviewing the literature,this paper puts forward a new perspective based on mediator variable and moderator variable.On the base,the paper proposes an integrated model about the effect of competitive strategy on performance,then analyzes the elements in the integrated model systematical.
