摘要
从1999年至今,国家助学贷款由地区试点到逐渐覆盖全国,目前已成为大学生顺利完成学业最主要的资助方式。国家助学贷款制度在确立和实施过程中也暴露出很多问题,并从其法律规制方面体现和反映出来。因此,从国家助学贷款的实施情况入手,分析国家助学贷款法律规制方面存在的若干问题及缘由,并探求解决这些问题的法律之道是保证国家助学贷款制度良性发展的当务之急。
Since 1999, national student loan has been the most important method for subsiding college students to complete their studies successfully. Nevertheless, many problems in the aspect of legal regulations are exposed when the loan system was estab- lished and carried out. The problems and their reasons existed in the legal regulations of national student loan are analyzed according to the condition when it is carried out, and solutions to these legal problems are put forward.
