摘要
我国中长期教育改革和发展计划纲要中指出高等教育入学人数将继续扩张,这种大规模扩张将导致高等教育经费短缺的问题。研究大学生国家助学贷款意愿的影响因素对分析我国国家贷款的现状和发现其在运行过程中的优劣有很大的帮助。在国家助学贷款研究理论的基础上,建立国家助学贷款学生申请意愿影响因素模型。通过对湘潭市三所高校在校大学生的调查和实证分析,得出影响国家助学贷款意愿的结论和相关政策建议。
Our country＇ s medium and long - term educational reform and development plan point out that the higher education enroll- ment will continue to expand, which will lead to shortage of higher education funds. Researching on the influencing factors of national student loan willingness will be of great help to analyze the present situation of our national loan and discover the advantages and disad- vantages in its operation process. Based on the national student loan literatures and theories, this paper establishes the influencing fac- tors model of national student loan application. By the survey and empirical analysis of undergraduate students in three universities of Xiangtan, it indicates the influencing factors of national student loans and relevant policy recommendations.
