摘要
高校大型仪器设备作为国有资产的重要组成部分,其效益的高低影响着整个高校的资金使用效率。围绕如何将设备投资风险定量化的问题展开研究,构建了风险评估模型。采用古林法确定风险指标的权重,并对群专家信息采取D-S证据推理进行融合。从而得出各项大型仪器设备投资的风险得分,为更加科学合理地做出投资决策提供理论与事实依据。
Large-scale instruments in college,as an important part of state-owned assets,its effectiveness makes impact on the efficient use of the college funds.This article focuses on how to quantify the risk-investment of the instruments,and builds a risk-assessing model.The GuLin method is used to determine the weight of risk indicators,and the group-expert information is fused with D-S evidential reasoning,making a risk scores of the risk-investment.So that it can provide a theory and factual basis for the more scientific and reasonable decision-making.
