摘要
建立了石油开发项目风险评估指标体系,采用层次分析法确定各级风险指标权重,再运用平移专家评分中心点的方法消除专家对风险等级主观理解性的差异,建立石油项目投资风险的定量评估模型.应用例证表明,基于层次分析法的评估模型,比灰色评估法计算简便,效率高,可为石油开发项目投资决策提供参考依据.
In this paper,we have established an index system for petroleum development projects in the risk assessment.We use AHP to determine the weight of risk indicators at all levels,and use translating expert score center method to eliminate the subjective difference between the experts.Finally,we have established a quantitative risk assessment model for petroleum development projects.
