摘要
益胃汤乃《温病条辨》中甘寒滋阴生津法的主要代表方之一,叶氏云:"九窍不和,都属胃病,阳土喜柔,偏恶刚燥,若四君、异功等,竟是治脾之药。腑宜通即是补,甘濡润,胃气下行,则有效验。"临床辨证以口咽干燥,不欲饮食,或不喜肥甘,大便干燥而胃疼,舌绛红,少苔或苔薄,脉细数或弦细等为主。不论何种疾病,但有胃阴受损者均可使用本方,而不拘泥于脾胃疾病,并加以临证加减,都可得到较好疗效。
Yiwei Tang is one of the main representative fomulas of Gan Han Jin Yin law in Warm Diseases Identitied. YE says： ＂Jiuqiao discord, are of stomach, Yang soil like soft, partial dislike just and dry, four-Jun, Yi Gong and so on, actually Spleen of the drug. Bowel should pass that is completed, Wet Qi downward, the effective inspection＂ . Clinical syndrome in Oropharyngeal dry, do not want to diet, or do not like greasy foods, stomach ache, tongue crimson, less moss or moss is thin, so thin pulse breakdown or string based. Regardless of the disease, but the stomach may be impaired to use the negative side, and not rigidly adhere to the spleen and stomach diseases, and addition and subtraction to the provisional license, can get better effect.
