摘要
焦中华教授认为再生障碍性贫血发热分为外感发热和内伤发热两大类。焦中华教授认为再障外感发热属于祖国医学的"温病"范畴,辨证分为3型,治以祛邪扶正,且应尽早治疗,以免延误治疗的时机。焦老对再障的内伤发热的原因归于阴虚、血虚、气虚、阳虚、血瘀,一般为低热,体温在38℃以下。多用益气养阴法、补气养血清热法、温补脾肾法、活血化瘀等法。
Proffessor of JIAO Zhong-hua believes that the fever in aplastic anemia can be classified into neishang fever and waishang fever. Xue-xu, Qi-xu, Yin-xu, Yang-xu, Xue-yu all can cause neishang fever, The temperature is usually under 38 ℃ It is thinked that traditional Chinese medicine has an advantageous position in treatment of aplastic anemia fever. Proffessor of JIAO Zhong-hua often treat the disease in methods of traditional Chinese medicine.
