摘要
目的:观察滋阴补肾中药治疗再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者的临床疗效。方法:检测对照组36例及治疗组36例AA患者临床症状、WBC、PLT及Hb水平的变化及用药不良反应情况。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为88.89%和66.67%,治疗组临床症状、血常规指标(WBC、PLT、Hb)显著改善,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗过程中,均未发生用药不良反应情况。结论:滋阴补肾中药可改善AA患者的临床症状,控制患者病情发展,明显提高疗效。
Objective： To observe the effect of nourishing Yin and tonifying the kidney in treating aplastic anemia（ AA） in patients with clinical efficacy. Methods： The changes of clinical symptoms,WBC,PLT and Hb levels and adverse drug reactions were detected in 36 cases of the controlled group and 36 cases of the treatment group with AA. Results： the treatment group and the controlled group,the total effective rate was 88. 89% and 66. 67%,a more significant improvement in the treatment group,the clinical symptoms,blood routine index（ WBC,Hb,PLT）,and was superior to the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. In the two groups during the treatment,no adverse drug reaction occurred. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine of nourishing Yin and tonifying kidney can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with AA,can control the development of the patient＇s condition,and can significantly improve the curative effect.
