摘要 通过对水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石中粉煤灰的填充与活性效应的解耦分析,探讨了这两种效应随材料组成与养生龄期变化的规律,并揭示出填充效应与活性效应在时空上的相互转换规律.结果表明:结合料填充系数显著影响粉煤灰的填充效应,当结合料填充系数为1.0时,粉煤灰的填充效应表现得最为明显;粉煤灰的活性效应随着粉煤灰掺量的提高先增加后降低;随养生龄期的增长,粉煤灰的填充效应变化不大,而活性效应则逐渐显现.可采用180 d作为水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石的设计龄期,在保证粉煤灰不超过最佳掺量的情况下,结合料填充系数宜取1.0. The relationships between filling effect and active effect of fly ash and material composition ant curing period were studied. The temporal-spatial transforming rule of filling effect and active effect wa~ studied by decoupling analyzing on fly ash effects in cement-fly ash stabilized crushed stones. It is proved that the binder filling coefficient has significant effect on the filling effect of fly ash and it will be remarka ble when filling coefficient is 1.0. The active effect of fly ash increases and later decreases at the increase of the content of fly ash. As the curing period was prolonging, the active effect appears gradually, but the filling effect keeps no change. It is suggested that the designing age of cement-fly ash crushed stones is 180 d and the suitable binder filling coefficient is 1.0 when the content of fly ash is no more than the opti real content.
