摘要 为了研究陶瓷粉作为掺合料的可行性,通过正交试验研究,确定了不同的因素(水胶比、陶瓷粉掺量、砂率、单位用水量)对混凝土抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:水胶比是影响混凝土抗压强度的主要因素,其次是陶瓷粉掺量,最后是砂率和单位用水量。随着陶瓷粉掺量的增加,混凝土龄期为7、28 d抗压强度,呈现降低趋势,混凝土龄期为56 d的抗压强度,呈现先升高后降低的趋势。 In order to study the feasibility of ceramic powder used as admixture,the effect of different factors(water binder ratio,ceramic powder content,sand ratio,water usage per unit volume)on the strength compressive concrete was examined by orthogonal experiments.It was show that the water cement ratio is the main factor which affects the compressive strength of concrete,the next factor is ceramic powder content,the sand ratio and unit water consumption.With the increase of the amount of ceramic powder content,there is a decreasing trend with 7 days and 28 days compressive strength of concrete.For the 56 day concrete compressive strength,there is a tendency to increase first and then decrease.
