婴儿肝脏血管内皮瘤超声表现1例

摘要 患儿男，2个月，因阵发性哭闹3d伴呕吐入院。无发热，无腹泻、腹胀及便血等。查体：一般情况可，全身皮肤黏膜无黄染、皮疹及出血点，心肺未见异常，腹平软，肝脾未触及。腹部B型超声示肝左叶探及一包块，类椭圆形，大小约5．8cm×4．2cm×3．2cm，边界清晰，其内回声不均匀，周边为低回声，中央为强回声，后伴声影。CDFI：包块低回声区内探及条状血流信号（图1）。
