摘要
概念是人们认识事物的逻辑起点之一。本文就经济社会发展战略的概念进行了简要分析,围绕经济社会发展战略的基本含义、基本特征,以及基本构成要素形成等问题进行了论述,试图为分析和比较各类发展战略以及发展战略理论的逻辑平台提供较为严谨的概念基础。
Since concept is the logical starting point of human＇s understanding,this paper analyzes briefly the concept of strategy for economic and social development,discusses the basic meaning,the basic features and the basic elements of strategy for economic and social development and tries to provide a conceptual basis for the logical framework in which various types of development strategies and theories of development strategy can be set up and analyzed.
