摘要
目的:了解中国汉族男性人群中16个心血管疾病易感基因SNPs与血脂的关系。方法:采用基因芯片技术和单因素方差、多元线性逐步回归方法,分析409例男性体检者16个SNPs的基因型,同时测定其血浆总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(Low-density lipoprotein,LDL)和高密度脂蛋白(High density lipoprotein,HDL)水平。结果:在中国汉族男性人群中,ANP2238C、NPRC-55C、ApoBEcorⅠ+、ApoC33206T和ApoE112,158的E3E4,Serpina3rs4943 AG有升高TC趋势;ApoC33206T和MTHFR677C亦可能与TG增高相关;ANP2238C、ET-2985G和ApoE112,158E3E4则与LDL水平增高有一定联系;ET-2985A则可能使HDL增高。结论:内皮系统相关的ANP2 238、NPRC-55和ET-2985,载脂蛋白基因中的ApoBEcorⅠ、ApoC33175、ApoC33206和ApoE112,158,以及MTHFR677和SerpinA3rs4934等9个SNPs可能与中国汉族男性的血脂调控有关。
Objective:To learn the association between 16 SNPs of 12 cardiovascular disease predisposing genes and the levels of blood TC,TG,LDL and HDL in male Chinese Han's population.Methods:The 16 SNPs genotypes of 409 Han male whose native places were almost over the mainland of China were detected.The relationships between the SNPs and blood TC,TG,LDL and HDL were analyzed with variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:Variance analysis and/or multiple linear regression showed that:ANP2 238C,NPRC-55C,ApoBEcorⅠ+,ApoC33 206,ApoE112,158E3E4 and Serpina3rs4 943 AG were associated with the elevation of TC;ApoC33 206T and MTHFR677C might have related with TG elevation;ANP2 238C,ET-2985G and ApoE112,158E3E4 might increase the level of blood LDL.ET-2985 A could increase the value of HDL.Conclusions:In male Chinese Han's population,ANP2 238,NPRC-55,ET-2985,ApoBEcorⅠ,ApoC33 175,ApoC33 206,ApoE112,158,MTHFR677 and SerpinA3rs4 934 could influence the regulation of plasma lipoprotein.
