摘要
精子功能检测在男性不育的诊断和治疗中的作用越来越引起人们的重视。目前精液检测的技术和方法很多,如对精子运动特征检测、形态学分析、体外存活试验、精子膜完整性试验、顶体状态测定、精子-宫颈黏液相互作用试验等。这些试验均为男性不育症的诊断提供帮助,但各个检测项目的结果对体内外生育能力的预测有所差异,因此有必要结合临床实际对检测项目进行必要地筛选,既能为临床诊断提供依据,又可提高效率节约患者的医疗成本。
Human sperm function test has such an essential role on the etiologic diagnosis of male infertility that it attracts more and more attention.Many tests have offered indispensable approaches to diagnose the male infertility such as sperm movement character,morphological analysis,survival test in vitro,integrity of sperm membrane,acrosomic status,interaction between sperm and cervical mucus and so on.We should select them to apply the clinical and to reduce the costs.
