摘要
为了解人工培育冬虫夏草营养液的免疫功能，以该液喂饲小鼠，选择特异性体液和细胞免疫功能指标进行研究。小鼠饮用冬虫夏草营养液２０ ｄ 后，中、低剂量组小鼠脾抗体形成细胞（ Ｉｇ Ｍ Ｐ Ｆ Ｃ） 有明显增强，血清抗体滴度和外周血 Ｔ 淋巴细胞亦显著增高。各剂量组迟发型变态反应（ Ｄ Ｔ Ｈ） 与对照组相比未见明显变化。表明人工培育冬虫夏草营养液对小鼠的体液免疫功能有显著增强作用，同时可明显提高外周血 Ｔ 淋巴细胞。
In order to learn the immune modulating function of the culture Cordyceps sinensis nutritional liquid,mice were fed with the culture Cordyceps sinensis nutritional liquid. Specific humoral immunity and cellular immunity functional indexes were selected to study.After the mice were fed with the culture Cordyceps sinensis nutritional liquid for 20 days,the splenic IgMPFC significantly increased as well as the titre of serume antibody and the percentage of T lymphocyte in medium and low dose groups. All differences of delayed hypersensitivity between the treated the group and control group were no significance. The experiment suggested that the culture Cordyceps sinensis nutritional liquid had great effect on increasing mice′s humoral immunity and the positive percentage of T lymphocyte.
