摘要
目的:观察巴戟天水提液对小鼠肝癌模型的作用。方法:单用巴戟天或采用巴戟天与环磷酰胺合用于小鼠肝癌实体瘤模型,进行抗癌疗效比较。结果:巴戟天(45g·kg(-1)·d(-1)×10d)能抑制肝癌,3次实验抑瘤率均在30%以上(P<0.05~0.01);巴戟天45g·kg(-1)·d(-1)与环磷酰胺合用有明显抑制小鼠肝癌的增效作用,优于单用环磷酰胶12.5g·kg(-1)·d(-1)的。结论:巴戟天有抗小鼠肝癌作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of decoction of Radix Morindae Officinalis on Hep A carcinoma inmice.Methods Treating Hep A carcinoma xenografed in NIH mice separately with decoction of Radix Morindae Officinalis andcyclophosphamide (CY), then treating the tumor strain with both agents combined, compare the anitumor effects of one agentalone with both agents combined. Results The decoction (45 g/kg'd × 10d) exerted inhibition Hep A tumor, with antitumor ratebeing above 3O% in 3 experiments (P < 0.05-0.01 ): combining the decoction and CY had significantly inhibitory action a-gainst Hep A in mice, and superior to CY (12. 5 mg/kg' d) alone. Conclusion the Radix Morindae Officinalis may have antitu-mor effects on Hep A in mice.
