摘要
目的探讨优选金锁二仙口服液的提取工艺。方法采用均匀设计法安排试验,以加聚乙二醇400(PEG400)的浓度、提取时间、溶剂用量、提取次数4项指标作为考察因素,以总黄酮提取量作为考察指标,优化提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺:以PEG400浓度为2.8%的水溶液提取,提取60 min,提取2次,每次7倍量。结论提取工艺合理、可行,适合金锁二仙口服液生产的需要。
Objective To optimize extraction technique for Jinsuoerxian oral liquid. Methods It was adopted uniform design method and 4 pramaters such as the PEG400 concentration,extraction time,solvent dosage and extraction fredquency as the survey factors,as well as general flavone extraction dosage as the survey pramater to optimize extraction technique. Results The extraction technique of 2.8% PEG400 concentrations was optimum,extracting 60 min,two times,each time with an amount of7 times. Conclusions The extraction technique is reasonable and feasibile,which meets the requirements of industrial production of Jinsuoerxian oral liquid.
