摘要
随着经济的发展和城市的扩张,格尔木市对水资源的需求量日益增加,合理开发配置水资源,维持当地生态环境平衡,对格尔木市的可持续发展有着重要的意义。在2006年格尔木市水资源开发利用情况的基础上,结合格尔木市的发展规划,预测了2010年格尔木市的水资源供求关系。以生态效益和社会效益最优化、经济效益最大化为目标,提出了2010年格尔木市水资源优化配置方案。利用目标规划法建立了优化配置模型,使用GLPS软件对模型进行了编程求解。结果表明:该配水方案实现了各项预期目标,满足了2010年格尔木市各部门的用水需求。最后,对格尔木市水资源发开利用提出了几点建议。
With the development of cities,Golmud City demands more and more water resources.The allocation of water resources and protection of environment is very important to Golmud City.This paper predicts the water supply and demand of Golmud City in 2010,which is based on the development of water resources situation of Golmud City in 2006 and the development planning of Golmud City.The objective is to maximize economic and social benefits.The authors have presented the optimal allocation program of water resources of Golmud City in 2010,established an optimal allocation model of water with goal programming,solved the programming model by GLPS software.The results show that the program has not only achieved the goals set,but also met the water needs of various departments of Golmud City in 2010.Finally,some suggestions are made for the development of water resources of Golmud City in this paper.
