摘要
本文主要采用问卷法对石河子大学2010届文、理、工科院系的毕业生的需要状况进行调查研究。结果表明:(1)优势需要依次是:维持生存的需要、友情的需要、自尊自立的需要、物质享受的需要,排在最后的四位需要依次是:躲避羞辱的需要、性的需要、躲避伤害的需要、求援的需要;(2)大学生的需要具有时代特征,与其他年代相比有所改变;(3)大学生的需要在整体上具有相对的稳定性和一致性,但不同学科、不同性别的学生在某些具体需要方面存在一定的差异。清楚地认识和理解大学生的需要结构和特点,进行科学、全面地引导和教育,对进一步加强高校思想政治教育的有效性起着至关重要的作用。
This article is primarily a questionnaire study on the need status of Arts,Science and Engineering college students of Shihezi University in 2010.The results showed that：（1） The dominant needs were in turn the need for survival,the need for friendship,the need for the independence and self-esteem,the need for material enjoyment.The last four of the needs were in turn the need to avoid humiliation,the need for sex,the need to avoid harm and the need for help;（2） The needs of college students had the characteristics of the times which had changed compared with other ages;（3） Although the needs of college students were relatively stable and consistent in the whole,certain specific needs were different for different disciplines and gender students.It was essential for understanding the structure and feature of college students＇ needs to further strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education by performming scientific and comprehensive guide and education to students.
