摘要
将三(2–羟乙基)异氰脲酸酯(THEIC)与丙烯酸(AA)在适当条件下进行酯化反应,合成了含三嗪环的多官能度丙烯酸酯单体。考察了催化剂种类和用量、原料配比、带水剂用量以及反应温度和时间等因素对酯化反应的影响,获得了较佳的反应条件:THEIC与AA以及甲苯与环己烷的质量比均为1∶2,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,其用量为THEIC的10%,反应温度110°C左右,反应时间5.5h。最终产物的酯化率最高可达94.10%。最终产物经提纯后,其二酯化和三酯化混合单体收率为91.37%,具有优异的紫外光(UV)固化性能,固化后的漆膜具有较好的耐水性和耐溶剂性。
A multi-functional monomer containing tnazine ring was synthesized by esterification reaction of tri(2-hydroxy- ethyl) isocyanurate (THEIC) and acrylic acid (AA) in suitable conditions. The influence of the type and dosage of catalysts, ratio of raw materials, dosage of water remover, reaction temperature and time on esterification reaction was studied and the good reaction conditions were obtained as follows: mass ratio of THEIC to AA as well as toluene to cyclohexane 1:2, p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst with its dosage being 10% of THEIC used, reaction temperature ca.110℃ and reaction time 5.5 h. The esterification rate of final product is up to 94.10% and the yield of mixed double/three functionality monomers is 91.37% after purification. The product has excellent UV curing performance and the cured film has good water and solvent resistance.
