摘要
将桐油酸与三(2-羟乙基)异氰尿酸酯(THEIC)酯化反应后再引入顺丁烯二酸酐(MA),得到含有三嗪环的酸酐固化剂(TTA)。实验结果表明,TTA具有优异的热学性能。通过TGA分析,TTA与通用环氧E44组成的环氧树脂固化物温度指数达到175,在空气中的热老化性能优于同类固化剂的固化物。
A new curing agent with excellent thermal property was synthesized from eleostearic acid anhydride and tri(2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate. The findings based on TGA analysis show that the heat-resistant index of the epoxy (EP) form of the new curing agent, which is composed of TTA and general purpose epoxy E44, reaches 175℃. Its thermal property is better than that of the same class curing agent.
