摘要
文章将场论引入面向MC的汽车生产系统中,提出生产场的定义及性质,结合汽车生产系统的特点,构建了生产场场强模型,综合生产、物流和信息活动来评价不同零件的物料配送对生产的影响。基于A企业某产品族总装车间10种通用零件的生产数据,利用场强模型进行实例分析,分析场强差异的关键影响因素,为从整体角度优化生产物流系统、促进生产的顺利进行提供了依据。
Introduced field theory into automoblile assembly system under mass customization enviroment, proposed concept and properties of manufacturing field, constructed field strength model combined with the characteristics of automobile assembly system, and evaluated the influence of different parts feeding on manufacturing from manufacturing, logistics and intormation activity. Conducted example analysis by the field strength model based on ten general parts data of some produet family assemhly shop in enterprise A, analyzed key factors which impacted on strength difference, and provided basis tbr optimizing manufacturing logistics system and promoting smooth manufacturing integrally.
