摘要
基于我国产业集成实践形成的集成场理论,构建以集成体主导的物流链、供应链等产业联动模式,其模式均由集成体、基核、联接键等满足充分且必要的合成场元构成,其三角形结构对外的集成力表现为:决策力、产出力、创新力,构成对外相互作用层;以合成场元作用原理构成网链关系稳定、抗干扰强的内在结构,以适应当前对外地缘政治等的国际情势和我国经济高质量发展的要求。根据两业联动案例和同态理论为指导,构建可持续发展的产业联动模式的动力机制,其中包括信息与决策共享机制、产能与供求平衡机制、数字与创新赋能机制,构建可发挥政策势能的公共信息平台,有利于非同源企业组织间通过识别、梳理、剥离、集聚、提炼、重组等方式构建产业联动模式,附带规模、转型、优化、创新等网链动力机制,以此为基础,推动经济可持续高质量发展。
In this paper,based on the integrated field theory formed based on the practice of industrial integration in China,we established the integration body centered industrial linkage mode such as the logistics chain and supply chain,etc.The mode is composed of sufficient and necessary integrated field elements such as integration bodies,cores,and connection keys,etc.The mode has a triangular external structure,which is expressed as the decision-making power,output power,and innovation power,forming the mutually interactive external layer and it also has an inner network structure that is stable and robust based on the integrated field element action theory,enabling it to adapt to the current geopolitical and other international situations as well as the requirements for the high-quality economic development in China.Based on empirical cases of inter-industry linkage and guided by the theory of homomorphism,we constructed the dynamic mechanism of the sustainable development of the industrial linkage mode,including its information and decision-making sharing mechanism,production capacity and supply/demand balance mechanism,and digital and innovation empowerment mechanism,and set up a public information platform to unleash the potential of relevant industrial policies,which is conducive to the establishment of the industrial linkage mode among non-homogeneous enterprise organizations through identification,sorting,stripping,aggregation,extraction,and reorganization,etc.,and can provide additional network chain dynamic mechanisms such as scale economy,transformation,optimization,and innovation,etc.,based on which to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the Chinese economy.
