摘要
梳指式采棉机具有结构简单、性价比高等优点,采摘台是梳指式采棉机的重要组成部分,其工作性能的好坏可以直接影响整机的各项工作指标。文中对梳指式采棉机的采摘台部分工作原理进行深入研究,并对其传动系统进行详细设计和验证。采用Pro/E对清铃机整机三维建模,利用ADAMS对清铃机进行运动学仿真,并利用仿真结果验证是否符合设计要求,为更深入的研究提供相关数据。
Comb-type cotton picker has high cost-effective and simple structure, but the technology was not mature. The picker table is a key part of comb-type cotton picker. To improve the efficiency of the pick table, the work principle of the pick table is researched. The parameters the pick table are desigued. Pro/E is used to establish threedimensional solid model and ADAMS is used to kinematics simulate to key components. Simulation results comply with the design requirements can be verified. The data provides reference a for further research.
