摘要
目前组合机床设计中正在从传统的两维设计向三维设计,文中分析了在UG NX平台上把UG WAVE系统工程的方法应用到产品设计中的原理,提出了把该方法应用到组合机床的产品设计中的详细思路和步骤。该方法提高了组合机床设计的产品级参数化水平和相关性,对组合机床产品设计的水平和效率提高有重要的意义。提出了把自顶向下的系统工程的方法应用到复杂的产品设计的一般的方法。
At present the design of modular machine tool is transfering from the traditional two-dimensional design to three-dimensional design.This paper analyzes the principles of applying System Engineering method to product design based on the platform of UG WAVE,and puts forward a detailed idea and steps on applied to modular machine tool, which improves its parametrization and associativity at product level,and also the design level and efficiency of modular machine tool.It is a general method of product top-down design on the complex product design.
