摘要
目的建立胃康胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法以Ultimate TM XB—C18（4．6mm×250mm，5 um）为分析柱，异丙醇-甲醇-醋酸-水（2：25：2：71）为流动相；流速：1．0ml·min-1；检测波长：230nm；进样量10ul。结果芍药苷对照品在10．80～97．20ug.ml-1范围内，浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系Y=4．74×10 3X＋2．44×10 3,r=0．9999，平均回收率为99．2％，RSD=0．5％（n=9）。结论本法简便，准确，专属性强，可以作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination Content of paeoniflorin in weikang capsule by HPLC. Methods The HPLC was conducted on a UltimateTM XB-CI8 with isopropanol - methanol- acetate-water（ 2：25：2：71 ） as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 ml. min-1; detected at 230nm; injection volume 10 ul. Results The calibration crave of paeoniflorin was linear with 10.80 - 97.20 u. g. mL-1, linear relationship Y=4.74 × 10 3X＋2.44 × 10 3, （r=0.9999）,The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 99.2%, RSD = 0.5% （n=9）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of weikang capsule.
