摘要
采用生物测定法研究了入侵杂草圆叶牵牛水浸提液对2个小白菜品种种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:低质量分数的浸提液提高了种子的发芽率,促进了根长,但高质量分数的浸提液起抑制作用.浸提液只有在最高质量分数时才对苗高起抑制作用,其余质量分数均起促进作用.浸提液抑制了活力指数.抑制作用随质量分数升高而增强.圆叶牵牛浸提液对2个品种的影响不同,田嫩黄金抗性较强.
By means of laboratory bioassay,the allelopathy effect of water extract from invasive plant Ipomoea purpure on seed germination and seedling growth was investigated,using the two cabbage varieties.The results showed that： The lower concentrations extract accelerated the germination percentage,root length,but the higher concentrations had the inhibition.Only the highest concentration had the inhibition on the shoot height,other concentrations could accelerate the shoot height.The water extract inhibited vigor index.The inhibition showed enhanced trends with the increasing of the concentrations.The extract had the diff Zhengwangda 88.
