次适温下羧甲基壳聚糖对小白菜种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Carboxymethyl Chitosan on Seed Germination and Seedling Physiological Characteristics of Brassica chinensis Under Suboptimal Temperature

摘要 研究了次适温下羧甲基壳聚糖对小白菜种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的羧甲基壳聚糖对小白菜种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响存在差异,其中以1.0mg/mL处理效果最好,小白菜种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数分别比对照提高30.58%、18.04%和47.58%,幼苗的株高、幼苗鲜重、根长和根鲜重以及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量分别比对照提高30.41%、30.00%、15.04%、50.00%6、3.42%、63.19%和22.48%。 The effect of different concentrations of carboxymethyl chitosan(0, 0. 5, 1.0, 2.0 and 4. 0 mg/mL) on Brassica chinensis seed germination and plantlet physiological characteristics at suboptimal temperature (15 ±1℃) was studied. The results showed that the optimum concentration of carboxymethyl chitosan was 1.0 mg/mL. Seed germination rate, germination energy and germination indices increased by 30. 58%, 18. 04% and 47.58% individually compared to the check one. Seedling height increased by 30. 41%, seedling fresh weight by 30.00%, root length by 15.04% ,root fresh weight by 50. 00% ,content of soluble sugar by 63. 42%,content of soluble protein by 63. 19% and free amino acid by 22. 48%.
