摘要 企业之间的竞争已经转变为供应链之间的竞争,而采购工作是供应链的源头,采购成本的节约是供应链成本控制的重要环节。文中针对燃料煤供需紧张问题,把供应链管理的思想引入电厂的采购订货中,采用综合考虑供应链上的供方(煤炭供应商)及需方(电厂)的一体化采购策略,以期为供需双方建立战略合作伙伴关系。通过建立供需双方的综合采购数学模型,为电厂提供了最佳的订货量,实现供应链整体利益最大化,最后利用算例验证模型的有效性。 Competition among enterprises has been transformed into the competition between supply chains.Procurement is the source of the supply chain and procurement supply chain cost savings are an important part of cost control.In this paper,tight coal supply and demand issues,to introduce the idea of supply chain management,procurement orders in the plant.Implementation of the comprehensive consideration of the supply chain of supply(coal suppliers) and demand-side(power) of the integrated procurement strategy aims to build supply and demand sides of the strategic partnership.Both supply and demand through the establishment of a comprehensive mathematical model of procurement for the plant to provide the best order quantity to maximize the overall interests of the supply chain,the last use of numerical example the model.
