摘要
针对供应链中采购、制造和分销等多阶段库存管理存在的不足,围绕库存控制,以多级系列系统为研究对象,提出了递归搜索法,得出了多级系列系统的最佳订货批量和控制策略。实例的计算结果表明:递归搜索法是降低供应链库存成本、提高供应链效益的一种有效方法,松弛条件下的递归搜索法较可行划分法更有效。
Aiming at the problems of stock management such as purchasing, manufacturing and distributing in supply chain with the multilevel series system in stock control as its research focus ,the paper put forward a method of recursive search, by which the optimum ordering amount and control strategy were deducted. From the above facts the conclusion will be drew that recursive search is an efficient way to cut down the stock cost of a supply chain and improve its economic benefits. Computational results show that the method of recursive search is more effective than that of feasible dipartition in the undemanding conditions.
